Returns & Refunds Policy

At Physical & Nutrition (P&N), we provide high-performance equipment and apparel designed for clinical standards. We want you to be fully satisfied with your investment. If your merchandise does not meet your expectations, our policy is outlined below.

1. Return Windows

  • Apparel & Merchandise: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any physical goods (e.g., Active T-Shirts, 1/4 Zips).
  • Supplements (Applied Nutrition Range): Due to health and safety regulations, supplements can only be returned if the security seal is completely intact and the packaging is unopened.

2. Condition for Return

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Free from any scents (deodorant, perfume) or animal hair—maintaining our "Clinical" hygiene standards.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Opened or tampered-with supplement tubs/bottles.
  • Sale items (unless defective).
  • Perishable goods or customized merchandise.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email admin@pandn.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address for our Oldham facility at the Falcon Business Centre.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as P&N is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once received, our clinical team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our "Performance Mode" quality standards.
  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed via Stripe or your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is clinically defective or damaged during transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@pandn.uk.
  • Include clear photographs of the damage.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a priority replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size (e.g., swapping a Large Active T-Shirt for an XL), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on shop.pandn.uk.
